Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are for

MyLeadGenerations is a business tool provided by PIXIA MEDIA LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17320683, registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA). It is intended for business and freelance use — for finding and managing sales leads — rather than for personal, consumer purposes. By creating an account you confirm you’re using MyLeadGenerations for business purposes.

2. The service

MyLeadGenerations lets you search the public Companies House register for UK companies, filter by industry (SIC code), location, incorporation date and company type, save companies as leads, view director and persons-with- significant-control (PSC) details, manage a lead pipeline with statuses and notes, assign leads to team members, and export your leads to Excel or CSV.

3. Subscription and billing

• MyLeadGenerations costs £9.99 per month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; we don’t offer refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.
• We may change the price with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

4. Data source and accuracy

Company information is sourced from Companies House, the official UK registrar of companies, and is provided under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We display this data as published by Companies House. We don’t guarantee it is complete, current or error-free — Companies House data can lag behind real-world changes (for example, a company may have closed or changed address since its last filing). You should treat MyLeadGenerations as a starting point for research, not a substitute for your own due diligence.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful direct marketing;
• Attempt to scrape, resell, or bulk-extract data from MyLeadGenerations for a competing product;
• Share your account or login credentials outside your own team;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.

You are solely responsible for how you use the leads generated through MyLeadGenerations, including any email, phone or postal outreach. You must comply with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) — see our Privacy Policy for more detail.

6. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite or add.

7. Availability

We aim to keep MyLeadGenerations available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third parties, including Companies House’s own systems, Stripe, Resend, Vercel and Neon, and outages on their side may affect us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyLeadGenerations is provided “as is”, and PIXIA MEDIA LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Companies House data displayed through the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules in section 5.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be flagged in the product or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
